Responsibilities also include supporting the proper operation of payroll in cooperation with the payroll team. As an HR Operations Specialist you act as an ambassador to the client culture and help to foster a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.To be successful as an HR Operations Specialist, you must have a deep interest in understanding technology, problem solving and have a passion for organization and process efficiency. You will work with both internal and external clients and candidates and must possess great communication skills and the ability to pivot at a moment's notice to meet the clients' needs.Required Skills and QualificationsDuties & ResponsibilitiesRecruitmentSupport recruitment by participating in job ad posting, candidate selection, and interviewing for entry-level high-volume positionsSchedule interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers for high volume positionsDraft employment offers for high volume positions and coordinate with HR Director for approvalsOnboardingCoordinate onboarding activities for all new hires that includes employment documentation, background checks, I-9s, reference checks and new hire correspondenceCreates complete new hire employment files in databasesATS/HRIS AdministrationCreates user accounts, managing access, and updating employee information on HRISProvides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to ATS/Onboarding/HRIS users.Collaborates with HR team to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions
