.We're a team of 50+ User Experience professionals at Oracle NetSuite working on the foundational elements of the NetSuite product experience. We're part of a larger community of 250 Experience Designers, Content Designers, UI and Visual Designers, Researchers, Technical Writers, Videographers, Design Strategists and connected professionals across Oracle NetSuite. We collaborate closely with the central Oracle design group under Hillel Cooperman and Jenny Lam and are leading users and interpreters of – and contributors to – Oracle's award-winning Redwood design system.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will be a mixture of design system specialist, team builder and manager, and valued and influential partner to teams and senior stakeholders across the business.We're especially keen to talk to candidates with strong front-end development awareness and plenty of experience working hand-in-hand with engineering on the rollout and ongoing management of design system elements. You will lead the connection between design and front-end development at NetSuite and you'll be a key member of the leadership group liaising on longer-term design system strategy with the Oracle Redwood team.
