Hawksworth are searching for a UX/UI Designer to join an innovative fast growth AI start up based in either Spain or Germany.The business use cutting-edge technology to develop an exceptional AI mobile application that provides immediate business insights, they have 200+ employees in 6 locations across Europe. They're looking for a talented and creative UX/UI Designer that can shape the user experience and interface of their AI-powered mobile application.Flexible Working : The business operate a hybrid work policy that is 60% WFH and 40% in office which equates to 3 days per week from home.Languages - Full working proficiency in English is required and any additional European language would be beneficial.Sponsorship : Sadly sponsorship isn't available for this positionAbout You:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is nice to see but not essentialYou have proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, ideally 3+ years, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work, particularly for mobile (iOS & Android) applications.You have experience designing large and complex B2B products with mobile applications.Experience to mobile first B2B products is advantageous.You're familiar with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.An understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.You can create prototypes for new product ideas illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.Any exposure to AI products would also be advantageous but not a requirement.Location - Spain (Barcelona or Madrid) or Germany (Munich)WFH - 60% work from home 40% in officeSalary - €60.000 to €65.000 plus bonus & benefitsLanguages - English (Full working proficiency), Additional European language beneficialNivel de antigüedad Intermedio#J-18808-Ljbffr
