They seek to make everyday products, services and technology as user-friendly and accessible as possible. Working in an agile environment and keeping up with the ever-evolving technical landscape the UX/UI Designer is a lifelong learner and likes to think outside the box to bring the best experience to the users.As someone working in the UX/UI-design, you are familiar with user research to understand the needs of the users. Personas help you to cluster the needs and wishes and to make them transparent. You can express your ideas using wireframes and visual mockups and work together with the other members of the agile team on the pattern library with your assets.Optimization is key to have always the best possible application. Usertests and Usability research help you to identify optimization potential. Together with the TechLead and ProductOwner you build a roadmap to bring those optimizations into reality.On a daily base you will work on your own, but also together with other members of the team, depending on the topics.Security is part of everyone's job.
