Job Description: Airbus is looking for an Industrial Cyber Security Specialist to work with all Digital and Information Management domains, Corporate Security, as well as our Industrial business stakeholders. The goal is to enhance the resilience of our aircraft production processes against cyber attacks.The Industrial Cyber Security mission requires excellent understanding of our aircraft production and relevant support processes end to end, in order to achieve the business objectives and business continuity. Further we appreciate an excellent know-how of cyber security, of what cyber threats and risks that our aircraft production are exposed to and how to help our plants to manage those risks.It is our common goal to be aware of how to control, countermeasure and ultimately mitigate those risks in a sustainable way - using the cyber solutions portfolio of Information Management Cyber Security.Your Key Responsibilities:The Industrial Cyber Security Specialist is a key role in our Industrial Cyber Security Operations department. You will be the bridge between the plant and the cyber security technologies, solutions and services provided by the Cyber Security and Digital organizations.Contribute to overall industrial cyber security vision and Industrial cyber security roadmapCarry out industrial cyber solutions and service implementation and improvement projects in cooperation with plant business, plant focal points, and product managersManage and Lead Resources, Work Packages, Budget and Performance in Scope of Local Plant Cyber SecurityClose collaboration with Industrial Cyber Security Solutions and Local Plant Business Stakeholders as well as business project managers, architects and technical expertsSupervise local IT in OT teams security activities such as Software security and maintenance,incident response, change control for Industrial IT, Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Automation and Control Systems (IACS)Support Industrial Cyber Security training and guidanceMaintain plant security metrics and communication to stakeholders ?Who we are looking for:Degree in either Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Security/Operational Technology, Information Technology, Manufacturing Automation or equivalent combination of education and experienceVery good understanding NIST CSF Manufacturing Profile, 800-53 and 800-82, IEC 62443, and ISO27000 seriesPreferable knowledge on shop floor processes and requirements in production environmentsIT security professional experience in information systems security technology,ideally with focus/experience in cyber incident detection and response is an assetProven experience in operational technology (OT) is an assetVery good networking, communication and presentation skills at all levelsVery good level of English ?Which benefits do you have as an Airbus employee?
