.NegotiableFull-Time1 positionVice President, Human Resources - LASER GeoThis role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.Job Family Definition:_**Provides a full range of HR support and program implementation activities across multiple businesses, functions, to support the LASER Geo. The LASER Geo covers countries that make up Latin America and Southern Europe. Delivers programs and policies developed globally that are specialized for local or regional requirements. Acts as a consultant and partner in driving and implementing organizational design, transformation, change management, talent management, total rewards, workforce planning, and employee relations strategies and policies. Ensures HR programs are implemented based on business-specific priorities and legal requirements at the country level. Collaborates across the HR organization to deliver an integrated portfolio of services to all employees. Systematically deploys policies and structures established by HR functions while delivering differentiated solutions based on unique business needs, local market pressures, and the competitive landscape. Supports talent acquisition efforts of staffing and recruiting, and partners with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and outsourcing (MADO) to ensure new employee integration success. Consults with managers and other stakeholders on employee relations issues. Interfaces with managers, employees, government agencies, and other external representatives in consultation and negotiations as necessary.Leads one or more major functions/departments within a multifaceted organization. Responsible for the operational success, strategic alignment and full integration of activities with other major organizational functions. Fully accountable for the long-term success of the designated organization and to the overall contribution to broader Company goals. Assumes responsibility for the successful implementation of business plans in a defined area of responsibility. Owns the definition of operational and strategic goals for one or more large, complex functions or departments. Acts as a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business. Reports to VP of Global Sales & Country HR_ Responsibilities: _Develops and leads planning, design, implementation, communication and delivery of the company's HR strategies, processes, policies, systems and metrics across the organization with global scope.Develops and manages the human resources annual operating plan and budget based on each year's top priorities driven by business needs.Ensures that the company's HR function is aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.Partners with and influences clients at the EVP and SVP level.Assesses and monitors current and future HR processes, systems and operational needs to ensure best in class delivery and process efficiencies
