VICE PRESIDENT -Human Resources(30 Hotels) – Southern Europe -SPANISH SPEAKER Senior Director @ Renard Int'l | Hospitality Administration/Management/Operations and Service Excellence VICE PRESIDENT -Human Resources (30 Hotels) – Southern Europe -SPANISH SPEAKEROur client who owns a Group of Hotels located in the Caribbean, Scotland, Europe requires to fill in the position of a very well experienced Human Resources Vice President preferably with experience in Caribbean and Europe.The candidate must be a Spanish speaker and he/she should be well qualified with minimum experience of 10-15 years handling Human Resources function as a regional head for a large hotel group (Plus 25 Hotels)He / She must ensure implementation of Group's strategies and achievement of key objectives through an engaged and high-performing work force.The Human Resources Vice President personifies the culture of the Hotel Group and will provide counsel to senior management in labor laws and Human Resources Management initiatives. The position implements company-wide procedures to manage human resources including compensation & benefits, recruitment, retention, organizational development, succession planning, employee relations, training and manpower planning, thereby ensuring that Hotel Group is regarded as an "Employer of Choice" in Dubai.This is an expat-family status opportunity with handsome compensation ranging Euros 120,000 plus company benefits.
