Protect the company's intellectual property by identifying patent opportunities, collaborating with legal teams, and ensuring proper handling of intellectual property rights.Requirements:? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field(advanced degree preferred).? Proven experience (at least 8-10 years) in software engineering and development, with a trackrecord of successful SaaS product delivery.? Demonstrated leadership experience building, managing, improving, and mentoring engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.? Strong technical acumen and a deep understanding and implementation of modern softwaredevelopment technologies/principles, frameworks, and best practices.? Successful transition from on-premise to multi-tenant solutions.? Strong background in data and analytics market segments.? Familiarity with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) or adjacent user types.? Identify and integrate acquired or non-organic solutions into a unified product offering.? Expertise in building integrated platform solutions.? Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-drivendecisions.? Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building strong cross-functional relationships.? Fluent in both English and Spanish, capable of seamlessly navigating and communicating in both languages to facilitate effective cross-cultural interactions and deliver clear and concise job-related information.?
