From our headquarters in the Málaga TechPark, Spain, we operate both locally and internationally with clients from many different business sectors including leading brands in the Games, IT, Engineering, Legal and Business industries.We are expanding and currently hiring an experienced and dynamic Video Game Localization Project Manager to work in our fast-paced Localization Department with English as our main language of communication.Visit: RoleAs a Localization Project Manager, you will manage multilingual projects in a deadline-driven environment taking full ownership of your projects from RFQ to final delivery, ensuring successful project completion and customer satisfaction. Requirements University degree: BA or MA in Translation, Philology or Linguistics A minimum of 3 years of Localization Project Management experience Outstanding Project Management skills: communication, planning, organization Able to successfully solve unexpected issues with minor impact and with a proactive and positive "can do" attitude Able to manage multilingual projects in a deadline-driven environment Able to negotiate effectively Games industry experience Quality evaluation practices and tools CAT Tools: Advanced user (agency), especially memoQ IT literacy: especially Microsoft Office suite Languages: English with full working proficiency, other languages are a plus Experience working with ISO-based requirements is a plus Experience with Japanese customers is a plus Responsibilities Ensure customer satisfaction Successful project execution and delivery according to clients' expectations, time and budget requirements Full ownership of each localization phase Proposal creation, project analysis, planning and scheduling Risk analysis and mitigation plans Resource selection, monitoring and management Quality assurance Status reports Cost tracking Project admin, post-mortems, meeting minutes, etc. Follow and create procedures making recommendations for process improvements BenefitsWhat we offer Full-time position in a well-established localization/testing company Opportunity to work with a professional international team in a dynamic and friendly work environment Opportunity to work with renowned clients worldwide Opportunity to work on exciting game projects 23 Paid holidays per calendar year 12 paid bank holidays per calendar year Summer timetable Free yearly medical check Cafeteria & Games Soft Drinks Fresh Fruit Free parking Relocation pack
