**Head of Construction (M/F/d)**:- REQUISITION ID: 7656- LOCATION: Tajonar, ES, 31192- DEPARTMENT: Project Management (Site Management / Erection / I**MISSION**: Lead all the topics/scopes related to concrete tower projects set up, factories implementationes, machinery and tools, Supply Chain and Industralization.**TASKS**:- Ensure compliance with the budget, schedule, quality and safety of completion of works at site.- Preparation,management and update the Project schedule and recovery plans when necessary.- Control the compliance of Concrete Towers assembly procedures.- Monitor technical-economic optimization of the project.- Report the global status and KPIs during Project Progress.**YOUR PROFILE**:- Engineering education.- Complementary training in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering and Team Coordination.- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position leading Project Management Teams, Site coordination.- Proactiveness.- Flexibility and good change adaptability.- Skills to work in international environments.- Good coordination and communicantion skills.- High English level.- Availability to travel.Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
