Warehouse Operations Coordinator

The PositionThis position contributes to the success of Roche Diagnostic Spain by coordinating the day-to-day warehouse operations. Responsibilities include continuous improvement on processes and service.Your key responsabilities :You will assist Operations Managers in leading daily operations being responsible for ensuring the warehouse process is handled efficiently and precisely.You will be responsible for organizing inventory of stock in the warehouse, changes and adjustments in the warehouse inventory system.Control of expired and obsolete products and collecting the monthly KPI report and other reports.You will manage all documentation related to the Quality Management System : Manuals, procedures, non-conformities, continuous improvements actions plans in Supply Chain;and documentation necessary for the export and execution of the intrastat document.You will participate in projects related to technical or system changes, in order to adapt operations to new business needs.This role requires the employee to be able of develop any activity in the warehouse : receiving, storage, inventory management, product slotting, picking, packing, kitting, and possibly operate heavy equipment like a forklift.Who you are :You hold a Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering or technical engineeringYou have knowledge of Distribution Center activities and systems; and he parameters and Stock Management and Supply techniques.You are an expert of all process and system into the warehouse.You have experience with SAP R3 MM / PP Module and Microcomputing at the user levelYou are fluent english (min B2)The position is non remote and located in Sant Cugat (Barcelona), Spain.What do we offer?We offer competitive compensation and excellent social benefits like flexible work schedule and home office policies, medical insurance, pension plan, allowances for marriage and birth, training related to your career development, gym, meal allowance, flexible remuneration scheme with its fiscal advantages and other style "text-align : inherit">#J-18808-Ljbffr
