In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing best-in-class web solutions that optimize customer experience and drive business success.
Main Tasks: Strategy & Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for utilizing web applications and solutions to achieve optimal customer experience, aligned with business goals and requirements.
Project Management: Manage web development projects from inception to completion. This includes gathering requirements from various markets, translating them into actionable plans for vendors, and ensuring all implementations adhere to business needs.
Vendor Management: Oversee two vendors specializing in registration/authentication solutions. Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between vendors to enhance web application and solution functionality.
Login Solutions Focus: Take ownership of creating and maintaining a seamless and secure login experience for all company websites.
User Experience Champion: Advocate for a user-centric approach across all web projects. Ensure web applications and solutions prioritize ease of use and optimal user experience.
Business Liaison: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, effectively translating business requirements into technical specifications for vendors.
Metrics & Analysis: Collaborate with the tracking and search engine optimization specialists to implement and analyze web analytics data.
Requirements Technical Expertise: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Project Manager in web environments.
Proven knowledge of web development principles and best practices.
Familiarity with web analytics tools and tracking methodologies is a plus.
Project Management Skills:
Solid project management experience, with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at facilitating communication between stakeholders.
User Experience Focus: Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and a passion for user-centric design.
Ability to evaluate website usability and propose improvements for optimal user experience.
Additional Requirements:
Experience working with international clients and stakeholders.
Fluency in written, spoken, and reading English; additional languages strongly preferred.
Service-oriented mindset with a focus on organization and data analysis.
