For our Iberian Sales Company, we are looking for a high-performing Sales Director to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.As Sales Director Iberia, your main focus will be on:- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence in the Iberian market- Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the sales teamMain responsibilities- Implement NILFISK sales strategy focusing on prioritized market segments and customer (key)accounts.- Monitor existing customers and negotiate with new accounts that are of strategic importance to NILFISK- Promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs- Define and achieve Annual Sales Budgets and provide regular sales forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly)- Market intelligence and understanding: size, share, channels, segments, competition- Teamwork with After Sales to grow service revenue, customer satisfaction and retention.- Coordinate with the other Company's departments, Customer Care, Marketing, Product Management, Service, Supply Chain to improve customer's experienceRequirements and skills- Degree in business administration or a related field- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization- Strong business sense and industry expertise- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills- Fluent EnglishThe position is based in MADRIDLet's create a cleaner future togetherLa limpieza está cambiando.
