Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a international food & beverage company. As the CFO, you will be a key strategic partner to the CEOs and other senior leaders, playing a pivotal role in shaping the financial future and success of our company.Responsibilities:Financial Strategy and Planning:- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and optimize financial performance.Financial Reporting and Compliance:- Oversee all financial reporting activities,ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.- Manage external audits and liaise with auditors, regulators, and stakeholders.Risk Management:- Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them effectively.- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks.Capital Management:- Optimize capital structure and manage capital allocation decisions.- Evaluate investment opportunities and assess their financial impact on the company.Treasury and Cash Management:- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.- Develop and implement strategies for foreign exchange risk management.Financial Operations:- Oversee financial operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, and financial systems.- Drive efficiency improvements and cost optimization initiatives.Strategic Leadership:- Collaborate with the executive team to drive business growth and expansion strategies.- Provide strategic financial guidance and support for mergers, acquisitions,and strategic partnerships.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a multinational company.- Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrated track record of driving financial performance and managing complex financial operations.- Experience working in a global and diverse business environment is highly desirable.Show more Show less#J-18808-Ljbffr
