Our client, a successful and expanding Real Estate Company near Marbella, is seeking to hire an experienced and driven Sales Manager to oversee the general sales and listing department. **Requirements**:Proven experience in managing a real estate sales team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor, motivate and lead from the frontMust have an excellent geographical knowledge of Marbella and its surrounding areasMust speak fluent English and Spanish with an additional language desirableMust have a smart appearance as this position is based in the Office.Must have good MS Office skillsHave your own car and Spanish driving licenseLegally entitled to work in Spain**Responsibilities**:You will oversee all activities and performance of the sales team, track sales goals, set targets and carry out ongoing mentoring and training of sales personnelLiaise with the Marketing Manager to create effective lead generation campaigns.
