Our mission is to contribute to help more people and business prosper.We embrace a strong risk culture and all of our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a Legal Counsel, you will provide legal advice to the Markets team in Structured Products IssuancesWe need someone like you to help us in different fronts:- Legal advice to capital Markets in issuances of structured notes with several types of underlying derivatives (e.G., interest rates, inflation, FX, equity, credits, etc) and in repackaging transactions in a diverse range of jurisdictions (including Continental Europe countries and the United States of America). Drafting of the entire set of legal documentation, including prospectuses, final terms / notes Ts&Cs; , placement and dealer agreements and corporate approvals.- Legal advice to traditional and syntehetic securitisations and securitisations / finance linked swaps.- Legal advice to other matters related to Treasury and Markets affairs which require Legal team`s assessment or intervention.EXPERIENCE- +10 years of experience in legal advisory to Capital Markets and/or Treasury mattersEDUCATIONDegree in Law. Financial background and/or a degree in Business Management or similar will be a plus.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE- Very high level of English.
