Our client list includes international sports federations & governing bodies, top football clubs, major global brands and esports organizations to name a few.This position requires a self-starting, proactive attitude, an understanding and appreciation of the usage and analysis of data in consulting,a real focus on collaboration, a full understanding of commercial requirements internally & externally and a true passion for doing top class management consulting work.**OFFER DESCRIPTION**To support the growth of its Consulting department, Nielsen Sports Spain is looking for a Consultant for its Spanish office, based in Barcelona.You will be working on all our Consulting assignments, which are at the intersection of all Nielsen Sports expertise, across the sales lifecycle from proposal to delivery.**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**As a Consultant, you will:- Lead consulting projects and work with the Head of Consulting to ensure first class project delivery including seeking cross-department/market help when and where required- Handle the day-to-day project management, in direct relationship with clients (under the supervision of the Head of Consulting & Research)- Develop client documents and presentations.Create impactful presentations based on a good storytelling.- Aggregate and mix different data sources (internal and external sources)- Run data-driven analysis to support your recommendations- Present your recommendations to the client during kick-off / status / final meetings- Participate to commercial briefs and draft commercial proposals accordingly (understand the client's needs, translate it into solutions)- Support the Head of Consulting & Research on ad hoc internal matters**EDUCATION & BACKGROUND**- Proven successful strategy consulting experience in a top firm or industry role, as a strategy & management consultant (min 2-year experience preferably)- Experience in delivering sports, entertainment or media work and related client management is a plus.- Deep understanding of problem-solving skills and latest management consulting frameworks- Understanding and appreciation of the usage and analysis of data, market research, quantitative and qualitative,tv audience measurement data etc
