Directa24 is looking for a Head of Account Management with a strong holistic view of the high-risk industries, to join our growing multinational Commercial Team. The Head of Account Management is a key role in the organisation with leadership responsibilities.The Commercial Team's mission is to drive business past the finish line, simplifying complexity.Our vision is to nurture relationships by bridging the gaps and challenging the status quo.What will you be doing?- Define the team strategy to deliver the mission and goals of the organisation- Actively participate in the strategic planning, forecasting, commercial resource planning, merchant hospitality,travel planning and budgeting activities- Cascade down the company objectives and translate them into SMART goals and deliverables for your team members- Hire and retain the best talent, manage performance when and where necessary- Empower and coach a team of 7 FTEs by supporting them with the tools and resources necessary to perform at the highest standards- Foster a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, openness to feedback and ethical behaviour- Regularly provide feedback to team members, peers, and line manager- Continuously challenge the status-quo by reviewing and improving processes- Hold regular alignment meetings with your team members and the key stakeholders in the organisation including but not limited to Operations, Compliance and Product- Work in conjunction with the VP of Sales to ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding and handover process both ways- Hold team members accountable on KPIs and goals,regularly monitor and forecast key performance metrics of your team's portfolio in each market duly reporting wins and losses to your line-manager- Nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders bridging the gap between them. Represent D24 at tradeshows and other events- Participate to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key merchants and internal stakeholders, consistently monitoring the yearly goals set- Regularly review accounts tiering and AM ownership to ensure that the expected level of service from each team is effectively delivered to D24's merchants- Deliver portfolio growth by keeping your team focussed on expanding in new markets and upselling missing payments solutions- Be the senior escalation contact for your team's merchants, proactively engage with internal stakeholders to ensure a prompt resolution to operational issues that may arise- Internalise the feedback received from merchants to improve the products and services provided by Directa24- Gain and display a solid,in-depth understanding of the payment solutions, markets and services offered by Directa24 and its competitorsKnowledge, skills & abilities- At least 2-3 years of leadership experience, managing a team remotely- At least 5-7 years of Sales/Account Management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing top tier accounts- Strong knowledge of the online payments industry- Strong knowledge of the gambling vertical. Knowledge of the forex and crypto verticals is a plus- Strong leadership and coaching skills, capable of delivering effective and timely feedback and to manage poor performance- Highly customer-focused, with strong negotiation skills and commercial confidence experienced in influencing and delivering results through others- Fluent in English with strong presentation and communication skills,able to engage with stakeholders at any level - additional languages are a plus- Team-player capable of effectively co-ordinating complex, cross-functional projects with key stakeholders in an international and multicultural environment- Highly analytical approach: ability to identify and prioritise initiatives with the highest impact- Self-starter, with a critical-thinking and strategic mind-set capable to plan and execute autonomously- Positive, can-do attitude, focused on execution and results- Growth mind-set open to seek and receive feedback and willing to continuously improve as a person and professional- Strong problem-solving skills.
