.Key Roles and Responsibilities :- Consults on the application of project management principles and expertise to the management of bids including the management of resources, timeframes, risk, quality and governance- May be required to engage with stakeholders during the pre-qualification stage and / or gather more information from stakeholders- Manage all aspects and stages related to bids, including : Initiation and planning - accountable for establishing clear and effective plans for each bid and execute in accordance with these plansKick-off - ensure that the bid team is adequately briefed in terms of individual roles and responsibilities,work assignments and expectationsSolution Definition - define the various components of the solution to be proposed to the (technical, delivery / transition, business process, support and maintenance, training, costing and pricing, legal.- Content Development - develop the written content for the bid. This includes value proposition and solution write-ups, designs, diagrams, project plans, transition plans, costing and pricing, legal response, case studies, data sheets, brochures, and executive summariesResponse Consolidation - coordinates the process of identifying, documenting, consolidating, and reviewing questions to be submitted to the client during the bid cycle
