Key Roles and Responsibilities :- Consults on the application of project management principles and expertise to the management of bids including the management of resources, timeframes, risk, quality and governance- May be required to engage with stakeholders during the pre-qualification stage and / or gather more information from stakeholders- Manage all aspects and stages related to bids, including : Initiation and planning - accountable for establishing clear and effective plans for each bid and execute in accordance with these plansKick-off - ensure that the bid team is adequately briefed in terms of individual roles and responsibilities,work assignments and expectationsSolution Definition - define the various components of the solution to be proposed to the (technical, delivery / transition, business process, support and maintenance, training, costing and pricing, legal.- Content Development - develop the written content for the bid. This includes value proposition and solution write-ups, designs, diagrams, project plans, transition plans, costing and pricing, legal response, case studies, data sheets, brochures, and executive summariesResponse Consolidation - coordinates the process of identifying, documenting, consolidating, and reviewing questions to be submitted to the client during the bid cycle.Team Reviews - implement an end to end review of the integrated proposalQuality Control - implements the governance processManagement Review and Authorisation - schedules meeting for management review to obtain authorisationPackage and DeliverPost-submission AdministrationBid RevisionsBid AwardWin / Loss ReviewResponsible for managing bid resources to facilitate the development of appropriate deal strategies, solution and service architectures,commercial models and delivery / service management plansAccountable for ensuring that NTT's risk exposure on all bids is understood, documented, communicated to all stakeholders and appropriately addressed / mitigatedResponsible for keeping an auditable trail of all bid artefacts and records on recognised company systemsEnsure that each bid is subject to the requisite team and management reviews prior to client submission, complying with NTT's corporate governanceCommunicate accurately and timeously with all stakeholders and take responsibility for communications being received and understoodDirects performance issues and escalations in the interests of ensuring bid progress and the development of a compelling offerAccountable for facilitating the sourcing of general bid collateral from authorised owners in the businessAccountable for facilitating the compilation and delivery of all client-facing bid deliverables in accordance with client instructions and requirements as well as NTT standardsAnalyse and deconstructing bid requirementsStrategise how to win on every bod proposalCreates a set of standard templates for less complex bidsManage bid notification platforms and alerts, ensuring the company never misses and opportunityReview all customer requirements to ensure that they are met in the proposal and collaborate with a wide variety of involved parties to include all necessary information within the proposalsAccountable for tracking tender / RFP process and exact record keeping of strategic dates and information to be provided / presentedCreates tender response document according to the chosen strategy, ensuring key messages are includedCreate innovative and striking presentations / materials that will be prominent in a competitive environment, whilst adhering to the NTT's standardsKnowledge, Skills and Attributes :- Business and financial acumen- Strong understanding NTT's business model Advanced demonstrated relevant experience in similar role within a related environment- Advanced demonstrated experience as a consultant or practitioner- Advanced demonstrated experience of working in a commercial role involving a significant amount of client interaction- Advanced demonstrated experience researching and collaborating with subject matter experts to write and edit compelling
