Have a control in place of all individuals entering the resort,following the guidelines given by the company via managers and supervisors.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSABILITIES:Quality of service based on the Marriott Vacation Club International standards.Complete knowledge of the associates working onsite, property, services provided and operation hours.Key control. The controller will be responsible to follow the proper procedure, strict and efficient, to control the check in and check out of property keys stored at the main gate.Maintain the cleaning standards at the workplace.Understanding of his/her position on the general emergency plan at the property, as well as the different levels of emergency and what to do in each level (blue, yellow, red)Normal operation as access controller at the main gate of the resort.Provide a warm welcome to the guest on his/her arrival to the main gate.Be proactive to detect any possible problem or situation that may occur at the main entrance that may imply a risk for guests, associates or providers at the resort.In case of any anomaly,the controller must inform immediately to his supervisor/manager or in his/her absence, to the manager on duty (MOD).Cover Express check in shifts when requested by FO Managers.Do the merge of the profiles,update the calendar in the back Office after you have done the full day.PAT must contact all the V7 and EQ .Verify requests or ask for preferences, find out the estimated arrival time and the number of guests. If possible, give ECI to all the Chairman ´s Club Owner.Send email to all P5 / OA (Originals Arrival) to see if they are coming. Make sure the are not Wepa1Update and verify V7/Q9/EQ in Specials when receive email (MOAR) RES save's it in V:FO/MOAR as EXCEL file called MOAR. Revise that each one has it's code.Do check out's and/or put them in open folio at 12.00hPHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:Capable of standing most of the time during the shift at the gate. No physical problems to develop this type of position (standing most of the time)Good visual observationCapable to handle stress and difficult situations in case of guests & associates' complaints or emergency situations.Capable to work on day shifts, night shift, weekdays, weekends or bank holidays.JOB QUALIFICATIONSFluent in Spanish
