About the RoleAs a UX-centered company, we are looking for a Product Designer to expand our design team, someone passionate about providing insights to enable delightful design experiences,based on quantitative & qualitative data.You will be joining our Design team of 9 talented Product Designers,UX Researchers and Content design. You will be applying Design Thinking to solve product problems into user-centric solutions.How will you make an impact? Create delightful experiences to design challenges meeting user expectations, technical constraints and business needsHelp defining and facilitating UX Workshops remotely and/or in person, pairing with Product managers and collaborating with UX Research and StakeholdersArticulate your ideas un a user centric approach, using personas, journey maps, user flows, wire flows and Hi-Fi deliverablesCreate interactive prototypes to perform qualitative research and validate design decisions in an ongoing development process that strives to make the customer experience betterContribute to our Design system by defining proposing consistent UI components and interfaces based on guidelinesCollaborate hand in hand with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the discovery,design,and development process to bring great ideas to lifeWhat makes you a great fit? You have 3+ years of experience in a Product Design role owning the end-to-end design process of a digital productExperience working in a Startup and/or SaaS environment and familiar with Agile teams and Agile developmentKnowledge of information architecture, user journey, user flows, and prototyping,Expert in Figma, Sketch, Adobe xDExperience working with Design SystemsUser-centric approach, confident in carrying out user research to back up design proposalsAble to connect design decisions to the desired business goals and outcomesHands-on and proactive attitudeYou are curious, like to learn, and test new thingsYou have great written and oral communication skills in EnglishWhy you'll love us:You'll be part of a growing, dynamic company with a truly international team.
