You analyze key figures and define a regional business strategy based on the needs of customers and prospects, and set clear goals for yourself. Our product range is growing fast and you enjoy selling payment products to decision makers and store ownersThis job description does not intend to be a comprehensive listing of duties and responsibilities that are required by the employee- Selling new products to prospects and existing customers. The focus is on new customer acquisition- You work very closely with the regional field support team to source deals and assign account management- Work on a very regional and segmented approach to winning new business- Analysing retail business needs and defining success criteria relevant to unique business dynamics- Collaborate with internal and external teams to engage retailers in growth initiatives.- Break down goals and projects into actionable items and set timeframes for implementation- Ensure business goals and objectives are at the core and that all activities are properly reported, documented and shared internally- Scouting for new business models while building and maintaining productive regional partnerships with associations etc. that can broker and generate new businessWho you are- You have strong sales or business development experience in the retail, payments, SaaS or e-commerce sectors- You have a proven track record of new business acquisition- You have a local network of retail contacts and can start selling immediately- You are self-motivated with a strong focus on practical implementation- Your customers and prospects always come first and they love spending time with you- You are a networker, curious and have a hands-on mentality- Good decision-making, problem-solving and negotiation skills- Self-starter and flexible in dealing with a variety of complex problems- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the working time- Business fluent in Spanish and solid written and spoken EnglishWhat do we offer and why should you join us?We don't shy away from wanting to hire great people to deliver amazing things for our customers.
