Community Manager - Inglés

- Conceptualize, build and manage the company's presence across social media platforms. - Develop and manage community engagement activities such as contests, promotional campaigns, and other engagement projects. - Collect and analyze social media data to adjust the strategy as needed. - Develop and produce high-quality, informative, and interesting press releases, press kits, and related materials. - Develop a reputation management strategy to maintain the brand's positive image in the community. - Stay globally aware, identifying and forecasting trends in social media, and adjusting the strategy accordingly. - Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure customer inquiries and issues are appropriately addressed. - Plan, execute and track marketing programs such as email, event, social media, and content marketing. - Propose new ideas and concepts for social content to drive engagement. - Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels. - Monitor company and brand online reviews and respond to each review, addressing any negative reviews with customer service and operations teams. - Identify and report on community trends to internal teams and advising on potential proactive or reactive actions. -Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Doctorado2 años de experienciaIdiomas: Inglés Edad: entre 22 y 40 añosPalabras clave: smo, social, red, community, lider, jefe, gerente, manager, director, chief, lead, jefatura, regente
