.**Responsibilities**:- High-volume Global scheduling of interviews (100+ Per- week): phone screens, video conferencing, work samples, presentations and onsite interviews- Facilitate all interviews to include Video/Onsite interviews as well as support pre/post-interview meetings and hosting duties- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders- Managing and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS)- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting- Collaborating with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand the specific needs and requirements of open positions- Participating in recruitment-related projects,such as employer branding and campus recruitment- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners- Providing regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities and results- Networking with industry professionals to build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs- Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships (Hiring Managers, Recruiting and WorkPlace) and maintain effective communication channels- Multi-task and effectively prioritize and work in a dynamic, demanding environment- Additional Ad Hoc duties as needed by the Recruiting Coordination Team**Job Requirements**:- At least 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, either in-house or in an agency setting- Experience recruiting for a wide range of technical positions and industries is preferred- Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) is also a plus**Skills**:- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Fluent English language skills: written & spoken- Strong organizational and time management skills- Strong negotiation and closing skills- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced,high-volume environment- Strong understanding of the technical industry and its trends- Strong ability to work independently, as well as part of a team- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices- Strong ability to use data and metrics to measure the success of recruitment activities- Strict attention to detail and high level of accuracy.- A magnetic personality, sense of humor, and get-it-done attitude.- Easily adaptable to change.- Ability to prioritize and focus on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent customer service skills.- Ability to solve problems expeditiously, while always maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.- Event set-up and participation which may occur after normal business hours.- Excellent phone skills, Impeccable written communication skills,60+ WPM typing ability- High level of technical savvy & ability to learn new programs/systems- Positive attitude and Willing to do whatever it takes to deliver extraordinary results and Grit- Time availability minimum 25 hours per week.**Job Type**: Part-timePart-time hours: 25 per week**Salary**: £940.00-£1,000
