All rights reserved.Job PurposeReporting to the Transport Coordinator,the main purpose for this position will be:Handle transport exceptions with the aid of a Ticketing Tool (JIRA).Audit carriers/LSP's for the Proof of Delivery (Track & Tracing).Utilize the TMS system available to optimize the truck's utilization, when applicable.Participate in LSP's meetings to review performance.Key AccountabilitiesExecute daily transport operations via TMS.Preform service tasks.Handling transport exceptions via ticketing system.Follow-up KPI's.Audit carriers for Proof of Delivery (e-PoD / PoD).Optimize truck utilization via TMS.Participate in LSP/Carrier meetings.Job RequirementsBachelor/master's degree in Logistics or equivalent.Good knowledge: TMS systems - Ticketing systems (JIRA).2+ years experience in working on advanced Excel.Good knowledge about transport operations.Good knowledge about carrier customer support service.Proficiency in English language; other languages will bevalued.At AkzoNobel we are highly committed to ensuring an inclusive and respectful workplace where all employees can be their best self.
