KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
MBA degree from a top tier Business School
Minimum of 5 years experience in management consulting
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Proven experience leading teams
Proficiency in English and Spanish. Other languages may be a plus
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Flexibility to accommodate client travel requirements
