Define the long term plan of functional and technical processes in the Finance area.Management:Coordination of business areas involvedPartners managementService Support 2nd level: control and management of tickets both incidents, requests and developments.Deal with critical incidences/problemsManagement of the project portfolioProjects and Innovation: Cooperation with other representatives of the IT Division in projects to define requirements in business process and technology and implementation options.Reports directly to CAM Director (Corporate Applications & Maintenance)RequirementsTechnology degreeDesirable master in technology managementCertification in PMP, ITIL, Agile or any other IT Management methodologyBusiness English levelExperience in project on Financial ERPKnowledgement of cloud technologiesExperience in management of multidisciplinary IT teams even partners.Skills: Work in a team approachOrganizational skillsProblem solvingWillingness to learnAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and anticipating needs; positive service attitude.Proactive with good attitudes (when performing tasks and when interacting with people)Results oriented, highly motivated to achieve objectives, both individually and as part of a team.
