Job Description The Digital Marketing Lead will have the following high level accountability: Development of the regional Digital marketing model Work with the Group Marketing function to develop and agree the optimal digital marketing model for the Europe region for Pest Control and Hygiene businesses. Monitor the outside digital world to ensure we understand any changes in the landscape (including Google, advertising and competitive trends). Discuss and gain alignment around the model and plans to deliver it with each country. Delivery of Digital Marketing plans Coordinate all planned activity with Group Marketing and country teams Carry out regular reviews with the relevant teams to ensure progress vs plan Provide leadership around any required changes to our model as a result of external environmental changes Manage the regional website to deliver core content consistently across the region. Ensure best practices are shared between markets Increase effectiveness of Inbound Marketing activities Lead the definition of annual inbound marketing plans with Markets Provide support to the countries to enhance the impact and performance of inbound marketing activities (email campaigns, webinars, use of social media) Ensure the region deploys and uses leading technology solutions to create an inbound ecosystem Delivery of performance reporting Create and implement a regional digital marketing performance monthly report. Support the development of robust end-to-end reporting to enable better decision making based on ROI for digital marketing activities. Qualifications Qualifications and Experience 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing as Account Manager or Lead in a Marketing Agency or in a B2B business. Good understanding of paid search, SEO, marketing automation. Able to demonstrate an understanding of the digital external environment. Experience in delivering multi-country programmes in a matrixed organisation. Experienced in working with ambiguity in a fast paced reactive environment. Degree qualification is preferred.
