The Regional Sales Training and Project Management Lead is a key role responsible for overseeing the training and development of the new employees within the EMEA region. This role combines sales expertise with project management skills to drive performance improvements, optimize processes, and ensure consistent skill development across the sales team. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Training and Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive sales training curriculum tailored to the needs of the regional sales team.Design training materials, including presentations, guides, and interactive activities, to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement.Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars to address sales team's skill gaps and keep them updated with industry trends and product updates.Collaborate with sales managers to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs.Project Management:Manage and coordinate various sales-related projects aimed at improving sales processes, increasing efficiency, and enhancing the overall sales experience.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, and ensure successful execution from initiation to completion.Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.Performance Analysis and Reporting:Collect and analyze sales performance data, identifying trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.Generate regular reports on sales team performance, training effectiveness, and project outcomes
