What you will do We are seeking a highly qualified Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in providing valuable support to our EMEA Sales representatives and effectively responding to customer and prospect queries. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in sales and customer service, with a deep understanding of best practices in both areas. You should have the ability to analyze and interpret sales metrics, demonstrating a goal-oriented mindset. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential for success. By utilizing your expertise, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of positive customer relationships, whilst ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team. How you will do it Sales Support: Provide data and guides to help the sales team Develop and monitor key performance indicators Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information Suggest sales process improvements and automate where possible Sales process optimization: identify and fix inefficiencies in regular procedures to improve efficiency Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and other relevant problems. Contribute to the achievement of overall sales goals and business objectives by providing valuable support and insights to the sales team. Keep record of sales trends and stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats that may impact sales performance. Other ad-hoc support tasks and exercises as per business requirement. Bid Coordination : Act as the owner and voice for all major EMEA bid and tender activities, connecting with commercial leadership, providing focus for the team, implementing best practice, and raising the team's capabilities to market / industry standards. Take initiative in developing a broad and comprehensive understanding of the prospect's / customer's needs, desired outcomes, proposed solutions and seek evidence to support the bid.  Achieved by (i) reading, analyzing and interpreting customer documents (ii) performing company research (iii) extracting information from BDMs and AMs by applying different approach / line of questioning depending on the experience and information offered. Co-develop win strategy / key themes, and create a well-structured, persuasive and professional bid document, addressing questions and other proposal requirements (Cover letters, Executive Summaries, Conclusions).  Written and graphic content to follow Best Practice. Ability to work autonomously and use a high degree of individual judgment is required in developing the proposals, which range from $100k up to several million USD. Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment and cohesion in sales activities. Communicate openly and professionally with colleagues, sharing insights, best practices, and feedback to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in interaction with colleagues to build trust and rapport.
