These recognized brand names have become a reference in the industry.TIPSA has established itself as  the only organization in Europe to produce both lay-flat hoses and firefighting nozzles , using the latest technology to supply high quality products that save lives, as well as offering a wide variety of couplings and hose related accessories.WE ARE LOOKING FOR an EXPORT AREA MANAGER - EUROPE – Industrial Hose Division for our Sales Department at our offices in Sant Joan Despí (Barcelona), Spain.RESPONSIBILITIES:·         Develop and implement export sales strategies all over Europe to drive business growth.Identify and evaluate potential distributors and establish partnerships to expand our market presence.Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and sustained market penetration.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.Collaborate with our internal team to ensure seamless communication and execution of export plans.REQUIREMENTS:·         +5 years of proven experience in export business, preferably in the same industry.·         Bachelor's degree in engineering, international business, marketing, or other related majors.·         Excellent understanding of market dynamics and trends in the European markets.·        An analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges.·         Ability to travel abroad to meet with clients and develop business relationships.·        Desire to help, assist and solve people's needs with a good vibes attitude.·         Residence in the Barcelona metropolitan area and vehicle availability.Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in German or French is highly desirable.WE OFFER:·         Becoming part of a well-established leading international company.·         Possibilities for professional growth in the company.·         Competitive above industry remuneration package.·         Performance-based incentives.We value diversity and equal opportunities in the workplace.
