Global Sourcing Manager (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS: Global sourcing manager focused on Mechanical components in Global Sourcing Nacelle. Build and develop strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with key suppliers. Coordinate all supplier related activities throughout the value chain. Secure cross-functional alignment with key stakeholders and develop and execute sourcing strategy cross regions Master supply chain transformation to new geographic footprints (EU, BRAZIL, INDIA, CHINA) Drive price and capacity negotiation process to ensure that Nordex prices are best in class Negotiate and manage global contracts (FPA, QAA, NDA, SERVICE) Secure proactive supplier engagement on initiatives related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Innovation Ensure KPIs and targets achieved at supplier level Participate in internal Work Streams (cost out programs, localization initiatives, product development) YOUR PROFILE: Business and/or Engineering degree or other relevant educational background Experience in strategic sourcing and category management in Wind Sector and/or comparable industry on international scale Good MS Office skills and SAP skills are desirable. Fluently written and spoken English. Valuable knowledge of German and Chinese. Structured, systematic and transparent approach to business processes Strong negotiation skills.
