At CAPITOLE we are growing very quickly and we need to support CAPITOLE and SMART 4 ENGINEERING on its development.
We are looking for an Iberia Corporate Finance Manager who will act as a business partner to the management team and the key point of contact for the group on all financial aspects.
Smart 4 Engineering was created in 2020 and was built-up through the successive acquisitions of 14 companies based in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Tunisia and Benelux.
With our 3,500 highly skilled engineers, we offer services within the following fields of expertise: Digital, Data, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Cloud and Critical Software.
The context – Smart 4 Engineering Group Spain Smart 4 Engineering experienced a very fast growth during the last 2 years and now generates revenue close to €300m.
In Iberia, Smart 4 Engineering operates through 3 companies:
Capitole Consulting, headquartered in Barcelona. The company generates more than €50m of revenue with c.800 employees.Profile, headquartered in Madrid. The company generates close to €15m of revenue with c. 200 employees.Closer, headquartered in Lisboa, Portugal. This company has a very strong expertise in Data and AI. It generates c. €15m of revenue with c. 300 employees.The group is actively considering acquisitions and will continue to grow at a fast pace in the coming years. It has recently raised a syndicated loan with a pool of Spanish banks.
TASKS you will be doing: M&A Actively search for acquisition targets.Manage the execution of the deal (valuation, structuring, negotiation, piloting of due diligence) in close interaction with the group headquarter team in Paris.Forecast the cash.Pilot and optimize the financing of acquisitions.Discuss with the banks.Manage the contract of the syndicated loan.FP&A Business plans updates for the Iberia perimeter.The new joiner will manage of person of the team and will work closely with the Iberia finance director and team.
REQUIREMENTS to be the best match: 10-15 years of controlling experience including M&A and FP&A. If possible, an experience in an well-know accounting firm (eg big four)Demonstrable experience in in implementing accounting tools and improving financial processes.Autonomous on M&A deals.Familiar with P&L, balance sheet and cash-flows.Able to modelise / forecast cash-flows.You are thorough, agile and analytical person.You are willing to go beyond the scope of the job and handle new challenges.You have good organizational, time management and teamwork skills.You have great communication skills and fluent in English and Spanish (oral and writing).Andjoy activity platform.Free health insurance for you.Hybrid Work Format and time flexibility.Monthly Teambuildings and Afterwork Events at our Capitole Bar.Ready to take your skills to the next level?
