The Role: In your role as an Industry X Architect Principal Director within our Industry X team, you will combine deep industry and technology expertise to shape solutions and value propositions to help our clients digitally transform their core engineering and manufacturing operations.  This role will primarily focus on go-to-market (GTM) activities related to the digital reinvention of value chains in Life Sciences & Pharmaceuticals
Role Responsibility: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support Accenture's go-to-market for Industry X within specific industry segments, working closely with account teams and business services teams to drive origination
Actively engage in the marketplace to drive awareness of our Industry X proposition with targeted clients (tradeshows, research-led thought leadership, client roadshows)
Collaboratively develop Digital Transformation focused sales campaigns aligned to the needs of specific industry clients, in areas such as connected products, connected operations, digital plants, connected workers, connected assets, and analytics.
Develop and sustain new/existing relationships with client executives
Proactively work with clients to shape the digital transformation of their core engineering and manufacturing operations.  Lead client workshops and develop sales materials
Work with client account teams to develop pro-active proposals, respond to RFPs, develop differentiated value propositions, and shape digital transformation solutions
Leverage Accenture's assets, industry, technology and consulting expertise to develop value focused propositions for our clients
Review solution plans, estimates and written proposals
Engage in activities focused at generating client awareness of Cloud-Powered Engineering
Lead the delivery of Cloud-Powered Engineering programs
Lead the delivery of specific Industry X opportunities in the Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical industry
Work closely with our product development and offering teams to define solutions that can be incorporated into our vertical offerings and support our solution/offering enhancements.
#LI-EU Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, Advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience
Progressive sales/business development, consulting and/or Discrete/Process Manufacturing Industry experience to this role, ideally from top-tier professional services firm, where they have developed relevant experience through consulting engagements Strong experience in business development, sales, or alliances of at least one of these domains: Digital Enterprise, Internet of Things (IoT), Industry 4.0, Digital Supply Chain, Digital Manufacturing, Digital Asset Management, Platform Business Models, Design-led Innovation and/or Capital Projects
Preferred Skills: Sales leader able to develop and build relationships with new buyers and originate sales of end-to-end R&D and Manufacturing services offerings ranging from consulting to full scale software deployments.
Exposure to Technical Industry solutions across MES, PLM, Engineering, etc.
Has experience with outsourcing, systems integration, cloud, analytics, BPO, digital or any combination of these services
Experienced in developing and closing large value deals over multi-year contract terms
