We are very excited to announce an exciting new role for our client in Spain. If you are a fluent in English plus fluency in another European language and you would like to work in a busy and fast based inhouse recruitment team, then we are looking for you! This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Barcelona. The role As an International Recruiter you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing candidates to induction. Your main focus will be for the European market. You will contact candidates from recruitment sources, screen and interview candidates and present pre-qualified candidates to the hiring managers. You will ensure that there is a good candidate flow and that internal hiring targets are met. From time to time you will attend (virtual) recruitment fairs.
The successful candidate has:
Business level fluent in English PLUS one other European language
Advanced Spanish is a plus
Social media networking experience with tools like LinkedIn as well as experience with job boards
Previous recruitment experience is desired but not a must
Previous experience in a contact centre environment
Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently
The interview process for this role is done remotely via video calls. The basic gross annual salary is 18,000 Euro p/a plus benefits. This company is growing so a career path within the business is very much possible!
