Partnering with stakeholders from IT, you will lead contract negotiations and ensure that our suppliers stick to service level agreements and our governance model. More specifically, you will:Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the single point of contact for matters concerning contracts; Communicate and provideinformation to stakeholders about contract-related matters; Keep records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress; Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension, or renewal based on business needs; Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally; Gain visibility and control of employee's actuals allocated to include projects, enhancements, assessments and application maintenance and support.Monitor and ensure that our suppliers are following our governance processes and service level agreements; Develop KPIs for our contract management system and measure performance against them; Provide visibility of supplier performance to our PMO, Delivery, Maintenance and Service teams; Keep track of every deadline, deliverable, milestone, and other obligations outlined in a supplier's contact. QualificationsEducated to degree level in Computer Science background or equivalent; Background of working inlarge, complex, or multi-national companies; Develops long-term strategic relationships with business, IT and partners.IT service delivery knowledge.Proven experience managing IT contracts and implementing supplier management practices; Fluent in English.
