The successful candidate will collaborate with the Global team on its automation journey.They will work on projects focusing on customer order entry processes and E-Invoicing to enable capabilities that support the business identify and work on improvements in this area.This role aligns with Order Management function whose purpose is to proactively, delivering end-to-end order management solutions that drive an increasingly seamless customer journey.Responsibilities will include :Analyse and gather customer order data and produce business case analysis.Analysis and development of customer order entry to identify continuous improvement opportunity and work with country teams in implementation of solutions.Execute and support vendors for EDI ProjectsDocuments existing business processes using business models and workflow diagrams.Assesses impact of proposed changes to related business processes and develops cost / benefit analysis.Consults with internal businesses to identify "best practice" process models.Prioritises and evaluates time and resource requirements to meet deadlines.Sets priorities, monitors progress towards goals, and tracks key details.
