This position offers a unique opportunity to provide expert advice, guidance, and support to managers and employees alike, handling moderate to high complexity Employee Relation issues.From performance management,misconduct, employment terminations, investigations, policy interpretation, best practices, and personal issues that affect employees in the workplace.Your roleAs a Labor Relations Specialist, your main responsibilities will include :Consult with managers and employees, on a broad range of moderately to highly complex employee relations issues.Ensure resolution of alleged violations of company policies by researching, conducting fact finding interviews, analyzing facts, documenting, and consulting with CoEs, business leaders and Practice Leads.Provide legal advice to employers on various international labor laws and regulations.
