How will you make an impact in this role? As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead a team of Recruiters, empowering them to meet functional goals by providing direction on sourcing strategies and best practices. Being close to the marketplace through benchmarking and networking, you will analyse recruitment and business trends to provide expert solutions to finding top talent. Your insight will allow you to make recommendations on recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, driving differentiated recruitment approaches for sourcing top talent in key talent segments. You will build positive relationships with business leaders to provide a proactive and inclusive talent acquisition approach. Here's just some of what you'll do in this role: Maintains high visibility with and influences assigned business leaders and HR members Provides day-to-day management and direction of critical initiatives by managing a recruiting team Collaborate with other GTA (Global Talent Acquisition) Managers to gain insight into business talent needs and stays current on regional standard methodologies and issues Provides recruitment support for senior level roles Manages and owns the Hiring Leader relationship Provides direction to Hiring Leaders regarding available skills / talent in the market and salary offers Ensures ATS information is up to date and compliant with regional regulations Acts as talent acquisition SME to advise and prioritise both local and global needs Partners with CEG (Colleague Experience Group, HR) Operations to ensure alignment and delivery for cross-functional initiatives and successful day-to-day GTA delivery Assesses the overall efficiency/impact of the internal and external GTA strategies, TA execution, and customer/candidate satisfaction Skills and Qualifications: Understanding and knowledge of the talent and recruitment landscape in EMEA - primarily Spain Strong recruitment functional expertise Demonstrable track record leading and coordinating recruitment teams Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills Driving of process optimization and continuous improvement Strategic outlook and ability to lead change and innovation Strong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple levels of an organization Ability to coach and develop others and to scale teams Ability to make logical decisions in a sophisticated environment Strong communication skills written and spoken in English and Spanish Location: Hybrid - The role is based in Madrid - combination of in-office and virtual days We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
