Great and passionate people who collaborate, support and complement each other's skills.We are one of Europe's leading low-cost airlines, with special relevance in the Spanish domestic market, as well as in France and Italy.Job PurposeSupport the entire lifecycle of people administration documentation, of Vueling employees, in accordance withpayroll systems requirements and the Company procedures regarding people administration documentation, inorder to ensure that the people administration documentation processes are done in a timely and are accuratemanner, and give to the employee support to understand these processes and the peace of mind that thedocumentation aspects of their employment relationship are managed well.Main AccountabilitiesCommunicate faithfully and on time the real situation ofthe employeeGuarantee that the company has every information anddocument needed from the employees, and arecorrectly loaded in the HRIS.Provide documentation support to those administrativeprocesses.Give to the employee support to understand thesedocumentation processes, and the peace of mind thatthe documentation aspects of their employmentrelationship are managed well.Guarantee that all personnel files and documents areproperly storedGuarantee the performance of people documentationactivitiesMain Responsibilities - TasksReceive and execute the registrations, modifications andcancellations of the employee in the Social SecuritysystemReceive and register in the system variations coming fromany situation that may affect employees records astemporary illness, absenteeism, maternity leaves, journeypercentage changes, etcPrepare documents needed in the different phases of theemployee lifecycle, such as contracts, annexes,certificates.Answer questions and demands from employeesregarding people documentation processesCarry out the employee data base digital file managementactivitiesMain RelationshipsEmployees.
