What will your challenges be? Play a major role in the acquisition and management of external market data and its applications. Focus on systems, tools and processes feeding critical employee data, retrieval of this information, and utilization of data to drive analysis that will support Compensation decisions. Drive the development and use of repeatable toolkits that support the key compensation processes to be used across the company. Provide strategic input to vendor selection, job assessments/evaluations; salary structure development that support the company's organizational structure. Lead compensation analysis, benchmarking activities, market studies, and salary structure analysis and updates. Analyze market data and provide Human Resources leadership with value-added reporting detailing competitive market positioning for critical jobs. Monitor the industry and external market and provide analysis on the impact of relevant developments in the compensation and benefits arena. Create compensation and benefits models to provide analysis on critical business initiatives. Potentially provide analytical support for the review of variable incentive arrangements to meet the requirements of the business. Periodically review and assess internal pay competitiveness across business functions and levels – identify inequities and recommend appropriate adjustments. Are you the one we are waiting for? Experience: More than 7 years in a similar role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Human Resources is preferred.
Languages: English advance
IT:Strong PC skills including MS Office and strong database skills (Excel).
