Purpose of the role We are looking for a Payroll Partner (9 month FTC) with a strong agile and analytics mindset to support our People Experience Team!
This position will play an instrumental role in guaranteeing our internal and external payroll processes and coordinate payroll operations services for ourBarcelona, London, Paris and Swiss offices.
What will you do? You'll be the face ofProton People and Culture team for ourBarcelona, London, Paris and Swiss offices! Managing the onboarding of our new team members, and providing HR operations, payroll and advisory service to our staff, ensuring they're set up for success.Work in collaboration with our global payroll vendor to ensure that our global teams and authorities are paid accurately and on time every month, minimizing "point of failure" risks.Operate with a mindset of continuous performance improvement to streamline and automate operations and payroll processes as opportunities arise, building a vision for the future.Maintaincollaboration with our external HR providers (payroll, insurances etc.)Workalongside ourother internationalcolleagues inPeople ExperienceTeamto ensure flawless HR execution of operationaland administrativeactivities, such asinternationalemployment offers,update in our knowledge base, maintenance of data and process continuous improvement of our HRIS.Job requirements 3+ years of experience in end-to-end HR operations and payroll, ideally in fast-paced tech environmentsAtease with a multi-country scope of responsibilityAt ease with numbers, statistics, excellent analytical skills, and, important for the role, detail-oriented!Probably not a surprise: A proven experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, Ifs at minimum, VBA is a plus).Willingness to learn, roll up your sleeves, raise your hand,help to deliverand strive for excellenceHighly energized, can work independentlyand challenge selfwhile also collaborate with others with good interpersonal skillsA strong sense of confidentialityKnowledge of Papaya of HiBob systems is a plus.Excellent communications and presentation skills in bothFrench and EnglishWhy should you join Proton?
