Portfolio Manager

What you'll do Achieve the recovery objective, gross revenue and margin defined for the portfolios under your management. Forecast and financial planning. Define and implement recovery strategies that allow the maximization of portfolio performance. Execute strategies and actions based on performance data, results of Champion-Challenger strategies and ad-hoc analysis. Coordinate, align actions and seek joint objectives with the DCAs and Analysis teams. Clear and regular communication with our clients, reporting the results and main variables that are impacting the results. Performance monitoring that allows the anticipation and adjustment of collections strategies. Lead the onboarding of new clients. Evaluate, prepare and present commercial proposals to new clients. What experience you need Bachelor's Degree in Studies with a high quantitative component (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, etc). Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken). At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. What could set you apart Strong analytical skills. Critical thinking. Results oriented.
