The RoleAs Post production & Improvement Manager you are responsible for the overarching quality of data content, ensuring on time delivery to customers and management of workflow and processes between content creation and live product. You will promote improvements and innovation in the content and delivery using data and customer insight.You will be an involved member of the Senior Management Team for Autodata and report into the Operations Director.What You'll DoChallenge and improve legacy organisational processes where it impacts the pace /quality of output.Lead a team and set the pace, ensuring teams are working towards delivery commitments. Management of multidisciplined functions, quality, query management, translation, automation and content release.Influence and make positive changes to the organisation, m aintaining delivery momentum. Solve issues and unblock problems.Define processes and procedures and contribute to business operating procedures for all business units.Identify and investigate operational opportunities and problems, seeking effective solutions through improvements in technology solutions and business processes.Implement and enhance processes, creating controls for query management.Implement and enhance processes, creating controls for an expanding automation and continuous improvement team, supporting all operations teams.Engage in elements of risk management such as effectively managing and tracking the mitigation of risks. You can manage various dependencies across teams, departments, Autodata and Solera as a whole.ExperienceMinimum of 2 years' experience in a project management/leadership role.Experience in Arbortext, XMetal, Documentum, Framemaker or similar XML tools is highly desirable.Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.Experience in business transformation, with examples of software and technology overhauls.The ability to strive for optimal results by taking responsibility for timeliness, commitment to task and adherence to performance standards.The ability to create high added value analysis and presentations, manipulating different data sourcesThe ability to understand a requirement to assess the scope, implications, added value and set clear expectations,Skills/knowledge/ CompetenciesOpen and communicative person, organized and innovativeLeadership skills with experience in managing multicultural teams.Automotive and/or Publishing industry experience is desirable.Proven track record of getting things done; able to take ownership; Energetic and passionateGood written and verbal skillsFlexible.
