Our Business Unit Data Manager has produced a globally recognized quality standard in the spare parts market with the TecDoc catalogue (see explanation here). This makes TecAlliance the market leader in Europe and is expanding all over the world. Your BU lead Jürgen Mehlis (EVP Data Manager Products) and his team of 25 plus colleagues are excited to welcome you.
This newly created role can be started as soon as possible, is unlimited full-time employment, and can be performed in Europe where we are located, orfrom the home office within these countries(all sites are here).
Your tasks: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of TecDoc Team projects Ensure strict adherence to project goals and deadlines Identify, assess, and manage project risks with a focus on strategic risk mitigation Facilitate effective communication with team members and stakeholders Provide strong leadership and motivation to team members Develop and monitor project budgets, utilizing financial resources efficiently Create realistic timelines and meticulously monitor project progress Your profile: Demonstrated project management experience, preferably in the automotive industry Experience in managing budgets, risks (and mitigation strategies), teams, and project plans Proficiency in common project management methods, i.e. agile methods or relevant project management qualifications such as IPMA, PMI or other Proficient in English and German, additional languages (i.e. Spanish) are a plus Note: we have advertised the same position twice with different titles.
