Being part of a modern company that is the future of recruitment - our mission is to improve recruitment intelligently.Be part of the "Future of Works"—join the company that is creating a modern hiring method.Work from wherever you want in a successful multicultural start-up— opportunity to join an early-stage tech startup.As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking to hire a Recruitment Manager for Spain A competitive base salary (20–25k/year) plus a bonusRemote work (and the possibility to meet with the team at various team-building activities)Opportunities for Growth, Promotions, and Development (we're a start-up company—things happen fast!)Work based on an employment contract od B2B cooperationAll tools necessary for the workWork with an international team.Being part of a team that has a real impact on shaping the recruitment industryResponsibilitiesComprehensive management of recruitment processesScreen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.Take ownership of the candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.Perform reference checks as needed.Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.Oversee the onboarding and new hire process.Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing processes.Cooperation with the Business Development Department in the preparation of cooperation offersBuilding positive relationships with clientsEnsure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.Job requirementsA minimum 5 years of recruiting experience preferredAbility to communicate with executives at the mid-level, senior-level, or C-level.Ability to articulate the value of Intelligent Recruitment methods passionately and clearlyAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in English and Spanish.Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trustExcellent organizational and time management skillsComfortable making decisions independentlyWorking knowledge of applicant tracking systemsProficient in Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods and ability to learn new recruitment methodsUnderstanding of employment laws and regulationsFamiliar with a wide variety of sourcing methodsA team-player attitude with a desire to improve internal processes beyond your day-to-day tasks.Nice to have:
