TasksYou are the central contact person of the marketing department for the Spanish-speaking areas. You develop and execute the annual marketing plan for IBERIA, Italy & LATAM based on our global goals and marketing objectives. You are responsible for the creation and rollout of local marketing campaigns in close alignment with our central marketing department. You develop lead generation campaigns together with your colleagues and find new ways to draw attention to our products and creatively address our target groups. You organize in-house events and our participation in various trade shows. You coordinate cross-functionally with team leads and external agencies and ensure the launch of new products, business development, branding, shows etc. You track your marketing campaigns and compile reports to determine the most successful ones. You collaborate closely with our local distributors and partners to plan and create joint marketing campaigns. You manage the translations and localization of all corporate material. You actively manage the marketing budget and plan for the region. You coordinate our PR presence in the Spanish-speaking area and build up the contacts to various media.RequirementsYou look back on several years of professional experience in marketing and have sound knowledge in all areas of marketing. You have at least three years of experience as a regional marketing manager for Spain or the Iberia region. You are experienced in channel marketing. You are a native Spanish speaker with a good command of the English language, fluency in Italian would be considered an asset. You are an organizational talent and know how to set priorities.
