The Research Consulting Manager will establish and communicate team goals that support and advance team and department objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress. They will understand and explain policies, practices and procedures within immediate area of responsibility to stakeholders within and outside of the team. The Research Consulting Manager will identify, propose and lead team- and department-level quality and process improvement initiatives; participate and provideinput on strategic initiatives at the department-level.Client management leadership:The Research Consulting Manager will establish a team that is famous for fostering good client relationships and aiming at continuously improve client experience; Understand client's objectives and priorities, and be act as the client's trusted advisor for research execution Provide consulting to clients and ensure the research delivered best answers their central question: this includes proposal preparation and develop project plans (including timelines and deliverables) and supervise projects to on-time and on-budget successful completion. The Research Consulting Manager will directly manage a team of 6 Research Analysts / Senior Research Analysts.Requirements:Master's degree in Marketing / Quantitative / Statistics and/or a scientific background such as Medical school; You have at least 7 years experience in market research, in an MR institute or in the consulting sector, in the healthcare sector.
