Mission :
We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant to technically and strategically lead the transition from our current HCM system to SAP SuccessFactors for all our employees (7000+) in 45 countries. This key role is essential for ensuring an efficient and effective migration, working closely with IT and Human Resources teams to align implementation with business strategies.
Your responsibilities: Migration Planning: Collaborate in the strategy and planning of the data migration from Cornerstone to SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless transition. System Integration: Collaborate with the internal IT team to develop robust integration solutions between SuccessFactors and other corporate systems. Configuration and Customization: Adjust and customize SuccessFactors modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring optimal functionality and alignment with business processes. Support and Training: provide advanced technical support and training to end-users and IT teams, facilitating system adoption and troubleshooting. Project Management and Reporting: oversee project progress, prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, and ensure the project meets established deadlines and budgets. Ensure effective control and supervision of the System Integrator To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, System Engineering, Human Resources, or related field. Certification in SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with a specialization in ERP system migrations. Experience leading end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deploymen. Deep technical knowledge in system integration and data management. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with globally distributed teams. Collaboration skills.
